F.A.Q.

Before you join…

How much up front time does onboarding require? (Platform setup, data migration, training, etc… )

It’ll take some work, but it will be worth it. Getting your information uploaded into our system through our onboarding tools will take less than 1 hour per property. This obviously depends on the number of suites / units, & we think the process is sort of… satisfying. But once you’re in, you’re in. We’ve tried to make the platform as user friendly & intuitive as possible in order to cut down on training.

I already have existing, in-place software solutions. What if I don’t want to abandon my current tech stack? Do you offer existing integrations?

Though we encourage you to use our technology across the board & we think one of the key advantages to our concept is its breadth, we do offer a-la-carte solutions. In fact, most of our users find us by plugging a hole in their current set of solutions. We are working on numerous APIs & partnerships with leading industry partners but there are currently none in place. But, in general, we believe its better to own an SUV than a stable full of horses. It can’t go traverse the forest but how often do you need to go off road? Also, its much more efficient to fit your whole team in an SUV than to let them wonder around on their own, hoping to meet at the same destination. Overall, its cheaper, more reliable, & eventually it will become a standard.

How is pricing determined for each suite? Is pricing negotiable?

Our pricing structure aims to offload pricing above the line so the cost is manageable. The cost is the burden of the portfolio, the project, the property, the provider or the local business sponsor, not the respective operator, developer, investor, end-user or the community. Pricing is negotiable on a bulk contract basis for different tiers of portfolios & project commitments. These tiers also come with white glove service (see below). However, our aim is that the charge of Fuller is meant to be affordable to all, so the system can expand & become even more useful. This means we’re able to incentivize smaller, “mom & pop” groups to join the platform by offering discounts. In general, we believe the software creates multiples of the value of the costs to participate, regardless of the pricing structure selected. Are custom, tailored enterprise set ups available? What do enterprise plans offer? What is participation level needed.

For portfolio sizes & project volumes larger than 10,000 sf (Small), 100.000 sf (Medium), & 1,000.000 sf (Large), we offer additional services. Small participants get access to our support staff, medium participants reserve a portion of an account representative, & large participants get a dedicated staffer of their own. Medium & large participants get white glove onboarding procedures. Lastly, large participants get early access to new features.

How easy is it to leave?

If you decide to leave, for any reason, we’ll export your data & send it your way. Once your contract period is up, your information will be removed from the system. If you wish to back out before your contract period is finalized, you may be subjected to a fee to discontinue. You’ll always be welcomed back with open arms.

Once you’ve joined…

Who should operate the system in each suite?

Though Fuller’s tools “belong” to the property, project, people, places & providers of the built world, we typically recommend that a human be the “shepherd” of each suite instance. For Creet, property owners & operators tend to assign asset managers to the task. For Framework, the responsibility lands on development managers or owner’s project managers. For Hover, its typically the most responsible member of the home or the COO of the workplace. For Mesh, the service is run by a community group who designates a role to a tech savvy & ambitious member, however, by its nature, mesh is more collaborative. Bedrock’s representative will be designated by Fuller as these accounts are trickier to operate.

Can I invite people outside my organization?

Yes. In fact, its a tenet of our strategy. The more folks you bring in to collaborate on the property, project, etc, the better the platform will function & the better your experience will be over time. You can, of course, set permissions to view or edit different pieces of the system.

How much upkeep does the system require?

Many hands make quick work. So, for example if you’re using Feas to do a feasibility study, & you’ve gotten your entire design & brokerage team to consistently update their pieces of the system, it should essentially run itself, massage the concept, & spit out reports. The same should be said for the other tools, however some are more internally focused & may require more “product owner” focus. In short, typically no more than 5 minutes per day is needed to make sure everything is updated.

What about my data? Will you share it?

We will not share your data outside of your organization without your express permission.
