Who are we? We are a small group of urbanists working to solve the issues of the built world & we’re looking to grow. Right now, we’re looking for partners & early adopters.

We’re assembling a platform (“Fuller”) to help society make the most of urbanity. Ultimately, our goal is to ensure earth is sustained as humanity’s home base during our inevitable transition to a multi-planetary species.

Our cities & suburbs are broken. They’re crumbling faster each day. They’re rigid, unaffordable, antiquated, inefficient & inequitable. No one individual knows the solutions to these problems, but we figure, collaboratively, we can sort it out.

We plan to deal with many of these problems & we see it as our purpose to usher in a new urban golden age. Technologically, we believe some of these problems are solvable. Societally, we have overcome larger obstacles. Culturally, there is now a huge incentive (to do well) while doing good. We believe that crisis can breed opportunity & if the initial plan fails, we’ll have all the folks involved to pivot until we succeed.

Our cities & suburbs are society’s most substantial existing infrastructure. They are essential to our progress & our survival. Finding a sustainable solution to their existence that benefits ALL stakeholders should be seen as a cornerstone issue of our time. The enormity of said problems promises commensurate compensation to the innovators willing to challenge the status quo.

In order to guarantee earth as a home-base for humanities inevitable multi-planetary existence we need to (1) digitize the built-world, (2) modernize our existing occupied space, (3) overhaul our built product line, (4) rethink urban & suburban planning & policy, (5) create a operating system to shepherd the entire system in the right direction for the betterment of society. First digital, then physical, finally societal.

Fuller is a built world ecosystem. Its designed to bring together the 5 parts of the built world (the spaces & places that compose our cities and suburbs): properties, projects, people, places & providers. We’re building digital tools to bring these stakeholders together in hopes of starting society down the path to a utopia.

Once our platform is up & running, we plan to use the information gathered to develop new space, rehab existing space, introduce useful built-world products, rethink urban & suburban planning / policy, & roll the entire project into an “operating system” that moves society toward utopia.
